In the calendar you can select the date and time slot you want to book a class. Booking times are displayed in UK time. If you live in a different time zone, you can use the Whatsapp button or the contact form so that I can calculate the time difference for you to convert your chosen time into the corresponding UK time of my calendar.
Classes last 45 minutes and can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the class.

Could I discuss my learning plan with Patricia?
Yes, if you want to discuss your learning plan with me or ask questions about your goals in Spanish, you can use the Contact Form either before booking a class or before the class starts.
Do I need to buy a book?
No, in each lesson I use my own teaching materials that I will send to you after the lesson. However, if you would like to buy a book I am happy to advise you on the textbooks, Spanish grammar books and podcast you can buy or use to help you study independently.
What teaching materials do you use to teach GCSE and A Level Spanish?
To teach at GCSE and A Level Spanish I use exam past papers and my own teaching materials. I am up-to-date regarding the current Specification and the new one, which will be first taught in 2024 and assessed in 2026.
What system requirements do I need?
All you need is an Internet connection. I use Skype, Zoom and Microsoft Teams to teach, so all you need is to choose the communication platform that suits you.
How long does a class last?
Each class is scheduled to last 45 minutes.
Can I book a double-class?
Yes, you can book a double-class of 1 hour and 30 minutes. To do this book two classes back to back, and the 90 minutes will start at the time of the first class.
How do I book a class?
Booking your classes is easy. Once you have chosen the class time in my online calendar, the website will ask you to fill in your personal details to create an account. Then you will be able to place the order and make the payment using Paypal.
Are the times in your calendar displayed in my local time?
No, all available class times are displayed in UK Time. If you live in a different time zone, you can use the tool provided to convert the most convenient time for you into the corresponding UK time of my calendar.
Can I reschedule the class?
Yes, if for any reason you can’t make a scheduled class you can quickly and easily change it free of charge to another suitable day or time with a minimum notice period of 24 hours.
Can I pay by card if I do not have a Paypal account?
Yes, paying for your classes is easy. We accept all major cards.
Can I pay with pounds (GBP)?
Yes, Paypal allows you to change the currency to pounds.
Can I pay with dollars?
Yes, Paypal allows you to change the currency to dollars.
Can I cancel a class?
Yes, but a minimum notice period of 24 hours is required for a refund. If a class is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the full cost will be charged.
Do you offer a refund for cancelled classes?
Yes, a full refund will be given of the payment in advance for all classes cancelled by you within the minimum notice period of 24 hours, and for any classes cancelled by me.
How can I close my account?
You can close your account and request deletion of your personal data at any time. To request closure of your account and removal of your data please use the contact form.
